My first action is always to go to the World Wide Web. Put in Martins Blaney Law Chamber and see what comes up. But just because they come up on the web, does not mean it is not a scam. since everything with that name usually comes up on the web, look to see if anyone has written about them besides trade magazines and the BBB.
