This keeps popping up on startup. Spyware Doctor detects it and asks to remove on reboot. The problem is it just doesnt. Is it SD or is it just hard to remove? Also what the hell is it? Also tried deleting in registry with no luck. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

You have to delete the following files in safe mode.

C:\Documents and Settings\\Documents\Settings\artm_new.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\iisscdfv.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\iisscdfv.exe

If that is not possible, try installing the tool Avenger (http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/avenger.zip). This will enable you to remove these files through a script. Works for Windows XP

Read this page before you attempt it

There are actually three files that are infecting your system. artm_new.dll (probably in a sub-folder of your documents and settings folder on the C drive) iisscdfv.dll and iisscdfv.exe (both probably in your windows/system32 directory. Deleting the exe file won't help. The dll's will just recreate it.

Boot into safe mode and delete all three files (rename the file extension if you can't delete, then reboot and delete).

In a phrase, YES! It's no information that SOME individuals in a rehab for alcohol abuse have attempted that one. There is each a bodily and mental dependence for individuals who abuse/have a crisis with alcohol. It's most commonly a mixture of each that could have them drink the mouthwash. If they did not have one or either one of the ones dependencies, they could no longer do it, even as soon as.
