I think its a good one if you are looking for funny and/or sarcastic. I smiled when I read the title to begin with anyway. Its not serious and its funny..so its exactly what you are looking for!

It agree that it sounds like a parasite. "It" takes away the entire human aspect of the pregnancy. You are going though a miraculous and beautiful time. Try describing it as such.

or
I blame the baby
That's what I'm always jokingly saying when I need an excuse for anything :-)
