i know they do hair and makeup for a small fee but do you have to take the picture's there? or can you just pay to get made up and leave? i want to know because i'm takeing a family picture at jc penny's soon and i want to look my best for it. ty

In ours, you can do either or both. You can go in & they will do your hair & makup for a fee. If you are good at hair, call a heavier type make place like Merle Normans or even Clinique, Bobby Brown counter & they will do you makeup for free. They hope to sell you makeup but you do not have to buy then or ever if you do not want to. Good luck!
