She has a new address provided by neuf.fr & can send to us on wanadoo.fr but not receive anything from us or from our yahoo.co.uk address.

Hi!

This seems to be a neuf.fr issue. They may have blocked e-mail receiving from wanadoo.fr and yahoo.co.uk for security (read anti spam) reasons.
There might be a workaround though... she may try adding your addresses in her address book, and the server might read it before dumping the message.
Also, you might consider e-mailing her provider for assistance.

2 suggestions:

1. Check to see if your emails are not being automatically deleted due to a spam filter
2. Wait 24 hours - your ISP's email server may be slow

depends on what email client she is using but if she can send ok then check the pop3 setting in the account setup

Try checking the spam filters.
