Why should they? It's not like we every did anything major to Clinton.

No, until Clinton impeachment was done for serious things. It really isn't a toy to be abused by angry partisans of either persuasion, a lesson I hope was learned by that last nasty implosion. Does Bush deserve to be impeached? I don't know if he could be, certainly it would require more information than we are ever going to get out of this White House. Just being wrong, hard-headed, and convinced you are right isn't necessarily actionable.

If and a big if! Democrats win they may try to impeach Bush concerning his lying to get USA to attack Iraq. But I think he is trying to place laws where he can not be impeached on that basis. Bush and all his cronies should be tried for war crimes but they will not be. He will remain in the office and after his term is over the tax dollars from hard working Americans will continue protecting him and his corrupt rich family.

No, they will then take the lead in spending this country into the ground, as well as choking the economy and the geese (the wealthier Americans) who continue to lay those golden eggs along with businesses in the private sector.

They are so predictable. Why do you think the inner cities and our educational system continue to exist in their current condition. Thank a Democrat for contributing mightily to their dilapidated state.

No, because President Bush is not an Emperor.

No, because the Dems will not take control of the congress.

No, because even if they did take control of bot houses, they would lack sufficient votes to impeach the President.

No, because he does not deserve to be impeached and would be a waste of time. Congress should instead devote their time to helping improve our country

Let's hope they put more thought into that than you apparently did in your spelling.

But seriously, if the Dems take the House, I think we'll see articles of impeachment filed almost immediately upon their being sworn in.

The president would then be tried in the Senate, so the majority party there could make the difference.

There's no way Bush gets convicted. He's committed no "high crimes or misdemeanors."

Bush has done more for this country then the Democrats have done in the past thirty years.

Bush will be looked favorably upon in the history books, second only to Reagan.

Thank you, Jasmine. That's a great link.

Um, Granny? I don't mean to be disrespectful in any way, but I have to take issue that Clinton was impeached for "serious" things. He committed adultry and lied about it. Not a role model by any means, but when Clinton lied, no one died.

WHEN they do????!! What makes you so sure they will??? And "EMPEROR"?? What kind of title is THAT??!! IF they do, yes, I think they will TRY to impeach him. But he does not deserve any treatment of the kind! He has done an excellent job leading our county!!! He should be only getting honor and respect as the president of our country!
