Go with deep tones. Deep reds, chocolate browns, wine shades. They flatter dark skin. A very light shade will make the skin look even darker.

For under eye circles, try wearing a bit of concealer. Another thing that work for me is wearing really nice eyeglasses (without any power). That flatters the face and hides the dark circles.

Cream coral when wearing earth tones. Wine reds are pretty w/other colors..blues and black. Stay away from frosts..they drown out the face. Stay with a moisture rich lipstick (clinique brand or if cheaper is needed L'oreal colour riche is good).

Maybe this will help you......go and try the makeup studio at Maybelline. This way you can choose a model that looks like you and try on different makeup and colors. It gives you a great idea on how some colors will look on you. You are your best judge......wear what makes you happy and what you think looks good on you.
