Statement: Women use sex to get affection, men use affection to get sex.

Well you really can't group people like that because everyone is different and no one is the same...that's the greatness of being unique...just like everyone else is unique. I'm sure SOME women and SOME men act as your statement suggests, but no two people are the same, everyone is different therefore they cannot be grouped like that. I don't use sex to get affection but I know some people that do, and I know some men that use affection to get sex...but not very many, there are a lot of great people out there so I guess I'd have to say that I disagree with your statement. I would agree with that statement because most women are looking for affection and sometimes we allow sex to be the comfort we are missing from our loves. Men on the other hand have been conditioned to say what a woman wants to hear so to speak and in turn uses false affection to get sex. No not everyone does this but enough people play this game on a daily bases for one reason or another and in time it will be a very dangerous one since women tend to get caught up in affection from a man so be careful who you show affection to fellas and ladies be careful with whom you use sex against.

Very generally, this statement is true. I can't speak from a man's viewpoint. I realize not all women are the way I generalize; I can only speak for myself, so I also don't speak for all women. The way women are made, we don't just want affection, we need it. While sex may be one way of getting affection/ attention, there are so many others. It seems we bend over backwards trying to please you (the man). We fuss with our looks, our clothes, the home, etc. We focus on what YOU like, want, need. Usually the reason for this is because we aren't getting it without having to ask for it. Like you, we shouldn't have to ask, beg, or plead for kindness, respect, loving attention. It should be mutual, freely given.

I think the statement does have truth to it. Evertime my guy "wants some" he is much more affectionate towards me and since that works to get affection I'll use sex to get the affection I want.
I feel however that if guys didn't use affection to get sex then women wouldn't use sex to get affection because a woman can feel affection w/out having sex.

Most definitely! Women have a need to feel affection, where men have a need to feel sex. Both male/female will use each other for self gratification. Basic Physics!

also men need to use affection to get the sex because a man needs to turn on a females mind befor the body if they want a bit
where a female need only to turn on the males body and then the male has no mind......The PENIS takes over with a mind of its own...which sums it up to girls have a easy time getting laid where a males left to beg

I disagree! My belief as a woman is that Women use sex to get "things"--material things, and to get their way!
I do agree that alot of men use affection to get sex: However; Alot of men use money! By showering a woman with $$, materialistic gifts and goodies, it makes it much easier to get your way with her!

I NEVER use sex as a means for affection. i don't care for or need affection.....Too explicit to continue and I dont want to be violated again this week
