Your health and athletics stats have to be at 100% to unlock Kelly. Once you've got Kelly you can do a 160 ponit jump (triple backflip) which is twice the points you can receive with the other two people.

It does take some time to learn to control Kelly but don't get frustrated - you will get it eventually.

you have to have 100 percent everything (fitness, civics, intellegence) to unlock kelly and then try doing as many flips and such off the ramps as you can. You have to get 1500 points to get the trophy.
