The reason that Percy often wakes up before you do is because during sleep blood pressure drops, in order to wake you up just prior to awakening your blood pressure rises and this increased blood flow causes the little seargent to stand to attention.

I am a woman but i think that these are some of the reasons.
Men dream or think about sex at night and wake up aroused.
They have sex with their partner etc before they go to sleep but always want more, so they wake up as you describe.
women are doing exactly the same but they can hide it better!

Enjoy it while you can cause I'm 54 and I don't wake up that
way anymore. I think it is to keep you from pissin' yourself but
I sure miss it. One time I even used it as an excuse for being
late for work cause it took so long to come down and I couldn't
pee until it did. Boss didn't buy it.

The reason my husband wakes up with a hard on is because whenever he asks me for sex i tell him to Dream on, and he obviously does.

Ive been told the build up of urine during the night increases your bladder size, which puts pressure on a certain erogonous zone, thus stimulating a "hard-on" or "stonk-on".
Or it may be because we always think about sex! Wahey!

men and women do wake up with an erection. i took this class and i found out that even a women's clitorice is swollen and it's not only men. surprising eh?
