If you are this worried about the fact that your girlfriend might be pregnant, you should not be having sex. You're obviously too young to deal with all of the possible ramifications of your actions, and that's fine. 22 is young to be married (which, by the way, is the only time you should be having sex), and 22 is too young (in most cases) to contemplate being responsible for someone else's life for the next 18 years or so.
Hopefully, this scare will remind you and your girlfriend that the only truly safe sex is no sex, and that marriage is the place for such activities anyway.
Good luck.

There are several things that can cause nose bleeds as well her breast being bigger. If yall are using that much protection then the possibility of her being pregnant are slim. However there is a chance. But like .1%. About her period...just because she dont get it doesnt mean that she is pregnant. I skipped three months while I was on the pill and never was pregnant. It was all due to stress. There are several things that affect a womans period like weight loss/gain, stress, appetite, amount of excercise. Just a number of different things. Dont stress about it. Also about the pregnancy test if she is and thats a big IF, some women who test at the day of their missed period get a false negative just becuase they aint far enough along to have anough hcg in their urine. Take me for instance, we trying to get pregnant im nearly a week late and got a negative same thing happened with my last child and im just 21 and if pregnant this time itll be my third pregnancy. So dont stress yet. If she was taking her bc(birth control) like directed and yall used condoms to then you probably dont have much to worry with. Hope this helps.

So she's missed her period? If not then don't worry, but it sounds like she's taken her sugar pills and nothing's happening?! Right. If she just started the pill only 3 months ago, it can take awhile for her body to get used to hormones and being on a certain schedule now. Her boobs getting bigger is probably from the pills. I know that happened to me and they weren't sore either. Yes nose bleeds are a common symptom in pregnancy, but like you said a dry climate can bring them on. Have her wait until she's "officially" missed her period, then take a test. Or see a doctor to be extra sure. Good Luck and try not to worry, womens bodies are crazy things!

First...I have to admit that I was on the pill when I got pregnant. We were not ready to have a baby (although we are now expecting a baby boy and we are thrilled, we ae 27!!!)...but remember that the pill is 99.5% affective. Now we did not use a condom when we had sex, and were not careful about him pulling out. It can happen that you get pregnant while on the pill...although rare...it did happen to me, so obviosly it can happen.
As far as her period. I did not freak out at first when I missed mine, bc it had happened before. After two weeks though...I had all the symptoms of pregnancy and then came the test, which turned out positive. I would wait a few more days to test again...the hormones may not be strong enough. If it is negative...and she is still stressed (which can cause her period to not come as well), tell her to go to doctors, at least then she can rest better. Stress, even when on the pill can cause changes in your period!!!
Good luck!!!

You sound responsible. She is probably not pregnant if she took the first response test and this came back negative. However, I would get her in to see an OB-gyn, nurse-midwife or her regular doctor soon. If she is pregnant and the test did not pick this up than this can be bad as the pill can cause problems with the baby, I think. I am not an expert. Mirena birth control, for women, works really well and does not cause weight gain.

If her period does not come in 4 days, take another test. Sometimes the pregnancy hormones are high enough yet to get a positive test. If that one comes back negative, have her go to the doctor. There could be something else wrong if it isn't pregnancy. Good luck and don't be scared yet.

Unfortunately these things are sometimes hard to tell in the beginning. I doubt that just because she's having nose bleeds that she is pregnant. As far as her breasts being a little bigger...it could just be that she is about to start her period. I wouldn't worry yet.
