They say it works both ways but I have yet to see a legitimate liberal question get deleted. I've seen non-question on both sides delketed but yahoo seems to err on the side of the left when deleting.

I am not sure if it is only the Yahoo people that are deleting your questions. What happens is that some people may complain about your question and state that it is a violation to the rules set forth to the yahoo users. If enough people complain or even one complaint about the posting is correct, then they may take it off the board.
I have seen some postings that I was very glad to see removed after a small time.
Just be careful how you word your question. I would hope you are not clueless to how to word something without setting out to offend someone. It would be nice to have that perfect world.

Yahoo Answers is a forum for all ages, both genders, all races, ethnic origins, religions, nationalities, etc. They are making an effort to maintain a newsgroup-like venue without the filth and hate of the newsgroups. If you prefer hate and filth, stick to the newsgroups. If you prefer a venue where folks are expected to behave in a civilized, even friendly, manner, then give YA some support and kudos for at least trying.
If you think spewing hate and vulgarity is freedom of speech and a right, then this probably isn't the venue for you.

Change your style. You can still get a strong opinion across. Many here do, and are quite audacious.
But if you do it with class, there are no valid reasons, or selections to delete your message.
