Clever storage spaces! I live in a thatched cottage and nothing fits! There is so much space wasted at the top of cupboards.
Cupboards deep enough to fit big plates in. Clever spaces for all the new gadgets around.
Making use of the doors so you can hang things inside them.
And most of all, a place for three bin recyling!!!!!

Or attempt Craigslist. i offered an incredible outdated outdated bathing room sink on CL for $sixty 5! It became made in 1922 & has all chrome fittings & legs with the towel bars. This hasn't been made for some thing like 70 years. I have been given one hell of a deal!!

appliances first..once they are in place i work on a triangle..that's to say if making a cuppa or prepping dinner how easy is it to walk to the cooker/kettle/fridge/freezer/sink? next maximum use of proper deep cupboards..work surfaces ..personal choice ..stainless steel..it will long outlast a normal worktop..personal again appliances.white..hob/oven /grill..hob stainless steel,oven and grill built in..grill at eye level..for small people..cushion flooring..not laminate..or tiles..failing stainless steel oven /hob an aga type..6 burners..bread oven..roasting oven..in white or red..
