How can my outfits be unique and in dress code?

My dress code:
Collared Shirts(Any color)
Any pants( Skirts below fingertip)
Jewelry and piercing(ears) allowed
I love bright colors and cartoon characters! A always wear a dogtag that says "Rabies Vaccinated"on it so...any ideas?

How about some fluorescent knee high stockings with combat boots, or mary jane shoes. I have to wear black all the time so to spruce up my wardrobe I use scarfs alot to put in my hair, or use as a belt. Remeber your hair, and the way you style it can emphasize everything. Can you sew? If you can take patches of cartoon designs and sew them onto your pants. Just ideas

it kinda depends how old r u like im 13 in 8th grade and if u were my age then i would go with your hair down mascara and try some light kacki (idk how to spell it) pants and maybe like a t-shirt w/ an animal on it or if u want to be a little dressyer then like try a polo shirt OR find some animal pajama pants like maybe at aeropostel cuz they always hav animal pj pants and then like just a regualr t-shirt hope this helps - amy

u can juz get theclothes that u need and juz have fun and make crazy. u can sew some stuff on it and juz follow ur imaginations...
