You shouldn't underestimate tramps in the country. As far as I
know, there are a few tramps who are actually millionaires.
These people who become tramps are not just good-for-nothing
or low-down urchins. They are smart, but easy-attitude type who
love the freedom to roam, wonder and beg along the streets.
Being tramps, they have simple and honest rules amongst
themselves. One simple rule is they never fight and beg
together in the streets, lest they end up getting nothing from
the public.
If you happen to see or meet a tramp in the streets, give some
respect - don't criticize or curse him. If you have a coin give him
if not just walk straight on.

Are you talking about genuine tramps? A real tramp is a person who opts out of society...these men and women will never ask you for anything!

Tramps mainly choose to live the way they do.
Tramps have been known to have millions, I remember in the sixties hearing of a beggar who got dropped off near Picadilly Circus by his chauffuer who drove a rolls royce.
They may have psychological problems.

don't you think if these people had money they would not be living the way they do. Oh yes they really like living in the freeze cold. Come on now WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE man. I doubt they have money. If they did, why would they be living under the conditions they are forced to live in?
Some of these people are suffering from mental illness, some are substance abusers who have lost everything in their lives. And, yes, some are just down and out.

Are you referring to the Homeless population? Go to a shelter and offer to help, it will open your eyes. I worked with a man who lived in teh shelter, hes a veteran who's down on his luck and has cancer. But he would show up to work everyday to make $6 an hour. You try and LIVE on $6 an hour!

"Tramps" or homeless folks enjoy their way of life. They choose to live this way. They have no responsibility at all. They may not have money, but it's not something they seek except for essentials. Some have mental health problems; some don't and I can tell you they won't starve to death. They know every soup kitchen to get a handout and every little trick to survive. Maybe it's a challenge for them. Who knows? But, hey, you have to admire them in a way. Godloveya!

some drink or drug with their money;others work minumum wages;and you don;y make enough for rents;;. it;s hard to get desent housing these days with the cheepest rents being 8.oo hundred dollers. thats why your only 1 pay check away from being homeless...

Specify the meaning of tramps with money! do you mean stray dogs with money taped to them or do you mean females that have been kidnapped and forced to sell to the highest bidder or are you referring to foreigners that may have money. specify!!
