I HAVE DONE B.TECH (2003) & DIDN'T JOIN ANY JOB TILL FEB 2004-TILL CAT RETEST( GAP- 9 MONTHS)
THEN I DID A NON-VOICE BPO JOB FROM FEB-MAY04.(GAP-1 MONTH).. BETWEEN JULY - SEPT04 I WAS A TRAINEE IN VOICE BASED BPO JOB AND HAD TO LEAVE THE JOB AS BEING UNSUCCESSFUL IN MEETING SALES TARGET. THEN, ONLY IN APR05 I LANDED IN A JOB IN A CORE COMPANY AS A TRAINEE AND CONTINUING AS TRAINEE TILL NOW. ADMISSION INTO IIM IS MY LONG TIME DREAM. DOES "NOT LANDING IN A COMMENDABLE JOB" FOR A SIGNIFICANT PERIOD IS A FLAW TO BE A CONCERN IN ADMISSIONS INTO IIM'S?
