Which report contains lies? The one you haven't started yet?
The problem is that you are lazy; it's very apparent in your sloppy writing, illegible use of grammar, and lack of capitals. The report is an exercise to help you get over these bad habits. It is part of the process of learning, and yes, it is only a small part. But if you can't write this simple assignment, and get an "A", you're going to look real foolish when you need to write a report for the Board of Directors someday. If you slack on some subjects, they pile up until there are too many things to learn to accomplish the assignment. It becomes an overwhelming task to complete.
Usually, when we're stopped from something, we are focusing on the reasons not to do it, rather than focusing on the task at hand. Or we feel so overwhelmed by so many things coming at us at once.
Like when the house get completely filthy, all over, in every room, it's hard to know where to start, so we just sit down and say "forget it." But you have to focus on one problem at a time. Take just one small piece, and accomplish that in one room. Doing that will make you feel better for having accomplished something.
Don't sit and whine. Don't give up. Just get up, walk around, center, focus on the matter at hand, get a few ideas formulated, then sit down and write.

You just have to write it. Teachers make us write about things we don't agree with all the time- it sucks. But yeah, sometimes you just have to write what they want to hear. Good luck!
