and if not why not .these people should be arrested and put on bail on proviso they do not trade with anybody elses money,their assets frozen while a thorough investigation into these blue collar criminals is ongoing.

I doubt it. They will have a big enquiry that will take forever and probably amount to nothing. The financial people overseeing the company will pay as much of the debt as possible but income tax and the like will take priority leaving naff all for the thousands of innocent people who were rellying on farepak for their christmas. A disgusting state of affairs.

With the laws in the UK the way they are it is very unlikely that anyone will be prosecuted,a more likely scenario would be criminal bankruptcy but you can count on one hand the people who have been prosecuted for this since the law came in.

my heart went out to all those who saved money with these rip off firms,but of course they will get away with it.
