Off down the chemist with you - ask for a bottle of Lactulose and also some glycerine suppositories. And some disposable gloves .........
Take max safe dosage of Lactulose (it isn't a laxative - it's a lubricant) and then (deep breath) bend over, glove on hand and stuff a suppository as far up as it will go. Clench buttocks!
While you wait for the effect to take, drink lots of warm fluids. this should work a treat.
For future prevention of constipation, eat two or three dried figs daily, drink plenty of fluids and have a nice day.

Take a laxitive and then you should probably call your doctor they say that the healthy number of stools per day for an adult should be three even four times, Are you eating? They might be able to give you medicine to help keep this from happening again.

There are a lot of things that can help you to do a number 2. try eating a lot of fibre and pure orange juice ( i mean lods) or you could try laxatives they rnt tht gd. But what my mate does is drink lots of fanta, coke etc continously just make sure its gassy. I just stick with the OJ. Hope this helps

Is that 4-5 days or 45 days?
If the first (which it probably is) try laxatives if the second then get to a doctor asap.

Fill a saucepan with fresh spinach and a little boiling water,boil for a few minutes then drain.
When cooled a bit mix it with something tasty(ketchup, salad cream or a dip) and scoff the lot .
Do this every 2 or 3 days.

I have heard that drinking a glass of warmed prune juice will do the trick. If this is a persistant problem, you should be eating more fibrous foods. One excellent source of fiber (and a bonus of the Omega 3) is flax seed. Keeps you regular.

Try this unfailing method: Stir at least 10 grams, of pure vitamin C - ascorbic acid powder into some orange juice. Dissolve completely & drink down. Stay near the toilet. It will clean you out fast & thoroughly. Let me know how it helps. Best wishes.

Hi there is loads of stuff, But for me all i have to do is drink or eat anything that is deit, as i think i am allergic to Phennylinr which is a laxative.I tried orange juice and it doesnt work for me only this does, So if nothing works then drink 2 glasses of diet coke and you should find relief. My dad was constipated for nearly as log as you and he tried, Senokot,prunes and orange juice and still no relief. So i suggested diet coke and it worked.
