Which e-mail client are you using? Or, are you using a web based one like Yahoo mail or GMail? There must be a button that says forward when you read any mail. You can shoose to send it inline (the whole message is quoted in your message) or as an attachment ( a file attached to your mail having the message).

It should work by just pressing forward and putting the address in but if not try copying and pasting the contents into a new email and send it like that.

Depends on what e-mail client you're using. Most clients have a Forward item in a menu somewhere, and a button in the toolbar with an arrow on it (it would normally be near the "reply" button). If you can't find it, try looking in the help system for your e-mail client.
If this doesn't help, you'll have to explain exactly what you did when you tried, and exactly what happened.

Click the "forward" button on your e-mail webpage. Then you should have the option of inserting the e-mail address of the recipient.

In most email providers; Click on the forward link/tab.
If this does not work, copy and paste the contents of the original message into a new message.

the best way if it's not working the normal way is to save the info and then try sending it as an attachment.
