Owner William Clay Ford, GM Matt Millen, WR Charles Rogers, and WR Mike Williams (note how all are from the Lions).
Ford: For giving useless, unproven (unless you consider that Millen has proven his uselessness), and unqualified Millen an extension as GM even though he has had the worst record in the NFL since he took over the Lions.
Millen: For drafting the likes of Joey Harrington, Charles Rogers and Mike Williams with top 10 picks. For also taking a WR with the teams 1st pick in three consecutive seasons (Rogers - 2003, Roy Williams - 2004, Mike Williams - 2005)
Rogers: While the two separate injuries to his collarbone were out of his control, the constant drug use during his down time was completely up to him and proves his ignorance
Mike Williams: For not training during his off season from the end of the 03-04 season at USC and his drafting by the Lions in 2005. He has consistently underperformed in practice and therefore been rewarded with a near permanent seat on the bench. The Lions can't even trade him because he costs too much. Much like Charles Rogers, they are waiting an extra season to cut him.
While "stupid" doesn't quantify strict intelligence quotient (IQ) levels, their ineptness leads one to question if these men actually get it.
