your breasts will feel tender ( sensitive). You will start to feel a bit more emotional. And you will have slightly heavier discharge. Symptoms are usually obvious during the second to third week. Nausea didn't occur until a month in a half into the pregnancy. The best thing you can do is to get a blood pregnancy test. It tells you if you are pregnant the day after fertilization.... GOOD LUCK!!!

I depends. Each women and each pregnancy are different. There were times when I swear I knew I was pregnant almost right away. Usually tho, about the time that you would have had your period you will see the first signs of pregnancy.
The first two things that I always noticed was an increased need to urinate and very tender breasts.
I would find myself waking up at night to use the bathroom, something very unusual for me except when I was pregnant. The tender breasts is a very early sign also. I normally slept on my tummy and I would notice that it was uncomfortable because my breasts were so tender. Your nipples will also be very tender and you will find yourself telling your husband or boyfriend to leave them alone when you make love.
Another very early sign that I almost forgot is the fatigue. Early pregnancy causes a fatigue that is like none other. I used to fall asleep at the drop of the hat. If I sat down to wait for something I would fall asleep! It was embarassing!
The ever popular nausea that always accompanies pregnancy in books and movies may not come along until you have missed one or even two periods, it usually does not occur as early as the things I have mentioned and some women never have it at all.
As I said, each woman and each pregnancy can be a bit different. These are just guidelines. You will have to pay attention to your own body to see how it reacts when you are pregnant.
Good luck and Blessings to you.

OOOHHHH! I miss that feeling!!! Mine are 11 and 13 so it was 'a few years ago', but I'll try to remember some symptoms for you. I do know the saying, "Every pregnancy for each woman is different" is true. My boy was two weeks late, but the first trimester - I actually felt faint A LOT and HUNGRY (Taco Bell ROCKED!) and sick (too many tacos!). But with my daughter - it was the 'periods' - 'lack of' that gave it away. I never felt faint or got sick. Go figure! Good luck, congratulations and enjoy!!

It's really different for everyone. I started having symptoms before the test could even read that I was pregnant. I started with morning sickness...or should I say morning nausea. The best way to tell is to go to the Dr.'s. Good Luck!

it is different for everyone. Some women know immediately after conception and others don't know till a missed period. Even with a missed period, they may never "feel" pregnant till the uterus starts stretching. Nausea, headaches, tender breasts, weight gain, being really tired, are all signs, but not all women have all of those.
