Because the equipment you're using to dream - your brain - is the same as the equipment you're using in real life.
Your brain interprets the info that your eyes and ears send it and turns it into images. Just the same as when you dream.

It depends, some are not, but the accepted psychology on what dreams are and why they happen is undecided. Freud was of the opinion that the Id, which is responsible for your baser urges exerts a stronger pressure on your dreams than it is able to do while you are awake, and therefore they are generally about sex, according to him. Other theories include the idea that theya re sorting out what has happened during your day, or what you are planning, which would explin them being relelvant, as your mind files the memories or suchlike. Anyone who claims to be able to tell you what your dreams mean is a fraud, unless they mean in the most general of terms.
Dreams only occur in REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, which occurs at the top of your sleep cycles for four or five monutes every hour and a half or so. Interestingly, when rats were deprived of REM sleep (but allowed other types) they bled to death internally in two weeks. Being forced to go without dreams is exceedingly perilous to your health. People who say they don't dream are simply not remembering their dreams, something which has been shown to be a sign of deeply rooted repression. (I don't remember my dreams)

because most thing you dream are things you already had on your mind before you went to bed and that's true to life However, some dreams are only false emotion that we feel. But there are some people born with the gift from god to read and answer your dreams Thank You

The more so , the younger you are. "True to life" depends on your life , and experiences. .As we grow older, our computer ( BRAIN) gradually fills our hard disk with experience and logic. Old -timers do not dream of so many scary things, we learn with age to reject the ridiculous, and find rational approaches to many confusing situations. I for instance realise that ugly green sleep Goblins do not exist . As a teenager they were out to get me! As the hormonal chaos of puberty faded, order returned, and life became great. It is possible that dreams are more vivid during youth, your head computer is new, hard disk is empty, new input (data) dominates, letting traumas, dilemmas, life`s silly things ,run the show and seem more real . It will pass!

I think that your dreams can represent who you are, as your mind can be so busy with the day to day things in life, a dream allows your subconscious to deal with emotions, it is also the minds way of for casting future events

Because some of the things you dream about can be something that you've previously thought about... So it seems real.

Your brain always calls upon memory's of actual life experiences and exaggerates them in an attempt to draw sense from an idea ,experience or life event though usually in random order
