I can't tell you the name of the realtor or broker to pick, but in general, pick one of the large firms that has a good reputation for selling homes in your area. You want a firm that attracts a large number of buyers, and that has connections with many different lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, etc. You also want one that is successful at what they do. That's not to say that a small office doesn't have all of this or can't sell your home, but the large firm got to be large by demonstrating these skills and using these contacts.
