Call the DMV in Montgomery. They can tell you what steps to take to reinstate your license. Phone # 334- 242- 6358.

Stop driving or go to rehab. If you have had mutiple DUIs then apperently you didn't learn the first time that it is not to cool to not only put your life in danger but everyone elses. So henceforth you should get some help and then call the DMV in your state to get your license.

You could also go to your local DMV and not have to deal with the bull in Montgomery.

I think you will have difficulties. If you had a Georgia license that was active, it's a simple procedure.
