If I must select an answer from the choices given, I would say D, join the military so that the troops already deployed will not have to continue to make rotations.
But honestly, show some form of gratitude, such as not taking your civil liberties, inalienable rights, and your citizenry (or legal residence) for granted, and performing your civic duties (e.g. paying your taxes, voting).
