Enter the Dragon is probably the best martial arts movie ever made, in my opinion.

If you want a similar to Kung Fu Hustle then get Onk Bai very good stunts are amassing. But in general all of Bruce Lee's Movies and Jackie Chan particular Drunken Master. Also movies staring the Wang Jan Lee a.k.a Thunder Foot try them.

Have you seen Kill Bill? I thought that was pretty good. Also try Jackie Chan's movies. He has a lot. Don't forget Bruce Lee! People think he was the best! Also, have you seen Jet Li's Fearless? That is his so-called final martial arts film, so don't miss it. I also recommend Hero, Fist of Legend, and the ENTIRE Once Upon A Time In China collection. There's a TON of Kung-fu movies out there, so have fun!!!

Ong-Bak is one of the best modern movies in that genre. Tony Jaa does all his own stunts, and they are all real, as opposed to kung Fu Hustle, which is faked and CGI most fo the time. So it isn't quite the same but it is IMHO, better.
If you liked Kung Fu Hustle you will porobably like House of Flying Daggers, and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon

As previously said here: Enter the Dragon is a real classic. I'm actually not a huge kung-fu fan, but really like that film and it's one of the cornerstone works that brought HK kung-fu to international attention.

Bruce Lee movies are good. Old Jackie Chan movies are good too (not the hollywood movies but the olds that were produced in Hong Kong, before he became popular in the US)
here's a list of Jackie Chan movies. Check out the pre-hollywood movies
