Could a women be pregnant, say 2 1/2 months and not have/had any symtoms, and irregular bleeding at the time of her period (not the same as her usual period, but on the right dates). On and off pains in the abdomin and up the side. No signs of a belly & loosing weight?

yes this is possible. Anything is possible, I've heard stories of morbidly obese people carrying a baby to term and going into labour without even knowing they had been pregnant the whole time. Imagine that surprise, although I dont know how, being pregnant was very obvious for me at about the 4th month. If youre 2 1/2 months late, pick up a test from the pharmacy. Then you'll know for sure.

Yes! This is exactly what happened to me! A very light period and fatigue were my only clues, and I didn't know until I was 10 weeks along. Take a test right away. At 2 1/2 months a hpt will be very accurate (though it may take a few tests to really convince you of the truth).

Yes. Not all women get the normal symptoms that are associated with early pregnancy. Good luck.
