I have checked the fuses and they are ok. Rear lights work but not break lights, including the one at the top of the rear window. In a rush as driving 300 miles on saturday and working 8-8 friday!!

follow your brake pedal to around the top of it plastic micro-switch should be near the top of pedal
or check master cylinder in engine bay sometimes there is a pressure switch on that [metal section where you put brake fluid in]

Most cars have the Brake switch under the Brake pedal

Take off the plastic cover located over the pedals, on the brake pedal, follow it up till you see a switch. It'll be there.

just below cable on your brake pedal on the bulk head plus check earth conctions in light cluster

Under the brake pedal at the top of pedal arm fixed to the bulkhead. you cant miss it.

try under the brake lever normaly there!!!!!!!!!!!!
