I had filed divorce and there'll be a final meeting coming on November. I found a letter saying that he keeps sending money to her girlfriend in Europe. Would it be evidence for me to keep asking more money from him?

Yes, he is either supporting another person who should not be his first priority, or he is trying to hide the extent of his assets by sending some of his money over seas. In either case it should be brought up.

If you think he is hiding money from you, take it to your lawyer and ask about it. The answer is no unless you ask.
