bowie & fripp are friends. i dont believe david would have him play & not credit him. stevie ray also played on a bowie album, which gave him the break he needed to be recognized as the great player he was. bowie played all the guitars on the 'diamond dogs' album. he's no slouch either

Not that I know of...Ricky Gardener played lead on this album, although he didn't get to do much work on it. Fripp did play on the album "Heroes", released the same year, in '77.
