Try adding a little fantasy to spice things up. Even if it's just your private imagination. Watch an erotic film, read an erotic book to give you some ideas. Practice solo, til you find some that are effective.

If you go to a doctor, the first thing they are going to tell you is to try a different position. It could just be a matter of that. Try woman on top, or doggy style. Make sure you try everything possible first before wasting your money.

My wife used to have the same problem, until she started bringing a vibrator to bed with us as well as several other things.

How old are you? Is there any stress in your life? Anything new or odd happen lately? These are all questions that need to be answered to answer your question. Otherwise, go to your gyn. and talk to them about it. There is hormone therapy or treatment that will increase your sex drive.

try to take your time let your partner touch and play with you alittle or use a toy build yourself up ....and if that dont work try talking to your doctor or maybe go to a health store and see if they offer anything ..... good luck
