Hadarah is Hebrew (as well as the rest) it means "adorned with beauty". Zaharah is derived from Zahra, some web sites have Zahra, others have Zaharah, and they state the meaning of Zaharah as "daybreak". Azalia is the flower, spelled many different ways. Sapphire I have seen mean the gem and also mean "beautiful" this is how I would spell it, though I am leaning towards the other names. I am wanting a Hebrew name. It is hard to give a name just one spelling or definition because there are many different ones in books and online.

Hadarah - I'm not sure what you are referrring to
Azalia - Are you referring to AZALEA, Pronounced: a-ZAY-lee-a, a-ZAYL-ya, From the name of the flower, ultimately derived from Greek Î±Î¶Î±Î»ÎµÎ¿Ï (azaleos) "dry".
Zaharah - Are you referring to ZAHRAH, Derived from Arabic zahra meaning "blooming flower".
Saffire - If you are referring to SAPPHIRE, Pronounced: SAF-ie-ur, Variant of SAPPHIRA. The name may also be given simply to signify the sapphire, the blue birthstone of September, which is derived from Greek ÏαÏÏειÏÎ¿Ï (sappheiros), ultimately from the Hebrew word סַפִּ×ר (sappir). I think this is an awful way to spell it.
I like Azalia or Zahrah if I had to pick.

Azalia especailly if your last name is a letter towards the end of the alphabet. Many times teachers arrange children alphabetically. If her name starts with "A" she will have less of a wait and more of a chance to be first in line. Also Azalia is a name from a long lasting budding plant witha light scent and a pretty flower.

Saffire is pronounced Sapir in Hebrew and its a common Israeli name. I love it. It means Sapphire the gem.

Azalia- I love it. I always thought that would be a unique name- not many other people liked it - but it's different which seems like that is what you are going for.
