talk to him about coming here for a better opportunity. but be aware, it will cost a lot, and take time to do so.
write down the reasons to leave india and come here, write down all the reason NOT to come here from india.
life may look better elsewhere. focus on your needs there first, coming here may add more financial problems for him.
suggest that he start his own swimming school or something.
there is alot of opportunity there in india for your dad as well as here in the states.
there might be some companies/schools/universities that may sponsor him. you have to contact them and ask a lot of questions. you never know until you ask.
