Lol, that's funny. I have never heard of a guy wanting a girl to be more bossy. My boyfriend says I'm too bossy, lol. But honestly, this is something you can't just change in her. Have you even talked to her about it? Tell her your fascination with it and give her pointers, like when a situation comes up, let her know you want her to act a certain way. Maybe she'll catch on maybe she won't. This is something you can't force on somebody. But then again if you make her mad enough....maybe it will work, lol! Good luck!
