I dont believe that one kind of music is better than one other. Maybe it's more artistic and has better quality, complexity, variety. That's what i can say bout these 2 kinds of music too. I prefer spanish to country(actually i hate country), because it has much more beautiful, for me, melodies based on fryggian scales which i love them, many spanish - classicals guitars, not just some chords like in country. Anyway i think most people agree with me. (Note: I m comparing Spanish and Country NOT Latin and Country)

Although i dont listen to either of them, i would pick spanish cause i cant stand country music
