I have a razor phone. I can't get it to vibrate when I receive a call. Ring tones work. Any ideas?

go to your main menu,
"Settings"
select "Personalize"
go to "Ring styles", scroll through to "Vibrate"

shortcut is with phone closed, press side button to select ringer style and lower button scroll through choices to select vibrate.

With your phone closed, you would see two buttons on the left edge of the phone. Press the upper one first. It should show you the current ring style. Now to change the ring style press the bottom button till you get to see the desired ring style diaplyed on the screen. After you are done , press the upper button again. You shoud ideally select "vibe and ring".
