That's BS. If I was you I'd talk with the courts and/or your lawyer and let them know that your ex is a fall down father as he is not be responsible for his financial duties to his children. There is no way that he cannot pay just because he has some connections inside the system. Best of luck to you.

Just because he is employed by Friends of the Court won't help him when you sue him for failure to pay court mandated child support. File the papers.

Take it to the Judge.

If there is any problem then take it to the Bar or the Judicial Commitee.

AGAINST THE LAW! please email me direct so i can give you all the info you need to get the justice you need. i am now in the midst of a battle in family court as we speak. i just need to know the state so i can give you the right info. i am in ny. so hopefull you are too. i mean the nerve of these men. PLEASE DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THAT. obstruction of justice!
