10 hours in the last month of pregnancy? If you have any experience with medical complications or no complications or actually heard of medical complications please let me know. Thanks so much.

The stipulation with flying in the last trimester of pregnancy is that the change in air pressure can actually send you into preterm labor. Fact is it doesn't matter how long you spend in the air, it's the gathering and the release of the cabin pressure that bothers the doctors.

My doctor told me that I should not travel on an airplain for over 3 hours on my last 2 months of pregnancy, it also depends if your pregnancy has been normal or high risk, but I would say 10 hrs is way too much! Ask your doctor, and also some airlines have restrictions about pregnant women so you might want to check all that.

My doctor said the last month is fine with flying. It's the first tri-mester you need to worry about. Good luck and congrats.
