ordering - use shapes different sizes what comes first what order do they go in like glass jars filled with different amounts of colored water, use what your theme is to suport learning

Spatial - clocks with numbers what number starts the clock, towers for building, development of butterflies, frogs, seasons what order do these go in? how do we dress what do we put on first in summer/winter
read a story like little red riding hood or goldilocks make a little booklet for the children on a piece of paper they cut story out (picture story) and color and put in order

symbles make some shapes and have children find matches around room, school outside, ie circles where do we find them? steering wheels, tires, clocks, cups, on your clothes,

or pick a nursey ryhme and create your activities around it.
