As pixel size varies with screen resolution, printer resolution, etc. there is no one answer to the question of pixels per cm. But most graphic programs have th ability to size pictures using cms or inches rather them pixels. If you want a picture of a specific size in cm, switch to cm setting before creating the picture

Or, load a 300x300 pixel picture, and then change to cms. It will show you the cm size of that picture.
