duriduring talban rule the law and order was at its best and the forming of poppy(heroin)plant was stoped but now the law and order is at worst and the forming of poppy is at maximum.this is intetional or the nato forces have failed to control

All religions except Islam were against the law.

Non-secular schools were closed.

Poppy growing was made illegal and people caught were subject to execution and having their land taken by the state, but that never happened because for the most part the only income the taliban run government had was from poppy resin.

So how was it better?

Oh come on, the warlords were still growing poppies. Afghanistan was still the biggest exporter of Opium in the world. NATO forces are failing to control the Taliban dissidents because they don't use the same tactics as the Taliban. Yes of the Taliban had order over the average people but only with the support of the warlords who were still growing opium. They also used fear to govern the population. The average people are law abiding in their own way it is only the remainders of the Taliban that are causing problems.

You are kidding your self,growing of poppy was sponsored by The CIA during the war which expelled Soviet Union from Afghanistan.Instead of growing the fruits their traditional Economy they started to grow opium .and the chieftains in north west province of Pakistan were issued sophisticated Labs to convert it into Heroin which found its way to America and Europe via India and Pakistan.Talibans were installed by Pakistan and USA after Soviets left and they continued the practice because it was their only income.and it is continuing to this day.
