As much as I detest the current republican party, I don't want any legal restrictions made to how people should vote. It's not constitutional and it's not what the founding fathers had in mind. Voters should alway get what they ask for, even if it's bad.
However of course Tom Delay and the republican party tried successfully to do this in Texas via re-drawing the district boundary lines.

LOL! You know, people have been saying things on this forum that it should be illegal for one party to be in control for too many years... so what does that mean? That people's votes don't matter? Over-rule the will of the people - they have elected a Republican Congress too many times... whatever.

Majority rules, whether you personally agree or not. But for heavens sake - VOTE!

I am really tired of my "roller-coaster" economy and political system. I would way rather have a "coalition government" than one party, then the other one, then back again. Both parties have some good ideas, and some bad ideas. It makes it really hard to choose on election day, and one of the main reasons why voters stay home more and more...

No, supposedly in this country the people elect who they want in office. Except in the last few presidential elections, that is. But saying that having too many Republicans is just crazy. Might as well be in Iraq.

The most important thing is to get everyone out to vote. They win if you don't vote because you think they stole the last two elections. They are counting on that effect.

Obviously not.

Only Ann Coulter would suggest something like that (obviously in the reverse) since she thinks that everyone who disagrees with her is a criminal. Ironic, since she committed the felony of voter fraud.
