lol...u cant download a free program for that. its a $500 software program. not something that just downloads like a picture off a website. u might be able to get it from limewire or somewhere like that. but beware those programs sometimes contain viruses and bugs. if ur a student u might be able to get a discount off that price, but its still gonna cost a pretty penny

Not possible unless you want to fork over several hundred dollars. I use Arc Soft Photo Studio. It has some similar features, and works just fine for me. I got it free with my Cannon scanner, but on it's own it's pretty affordable. All you have to do is go to this website....www.download.com. And type in adobe photo shop under search..you should find a few.. good luck. ^_^

yeh its illegal but limewire will get it for you, and also other bit torrent programs ALWAYS have the latest version. dont do that though. although you will never be caught.
