Either way, to provide answers for both possibilities:
According to Gamespot.com, the top 5 highest rated DS games are:
1. Mario Kart DS (9.2)
2. New Super Mario Bros (9.0)
3. Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time (8.9)
4. Metroid Prime: Hunters (8.6)
5. Animal Crossing: Wild World (8.4)
But my personal favorite is Rockman ZX (Japanese version, the US version has no voice over).

My favorite one right now is Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow. It's the primary reason I got my DS for. I'm thinking of getting another one soon but I'm not sure which one. FF3 is suposed to come out soon and I'd like to get that one.

in my opinion my favorite game is Jump SuperStars,
it is a clash of SuperSmash Bros and Marvel Vs. Capcom
using the characters of Shonen Jump (Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, One Piece, Bobobobo, etc.) it is really fun but its only in jap. so if u get it just go to gamefaqs.com and get translations

Nintendo is rubbish, all the games are for girls. I don't think there are any good games.
