I know how you feel. Being very big when most of the girls your age are still developing can make you feel very self conscience.

Start by wearing a good fitting minimizer bra. It will make you look smaller, and your clothing will fit better. Get yourself measured at a good store to make sure you are in the right size, then ask the sales lady to help you find a good bra. They make really cute ones, you don't have to get stuck in a granny bra. If you can't find one you like, then order on line. You will feel so much better about yourself if you are happy in your clothing, from your bra and panties on out. It's well worth it to pay the extra money for a great bra. They last longer (god knows we need the support) and they don't stretch out as fast (like we need any extra bounce.)

Then find clothing to help hide your size. While you won't suddenly look like a petite 36C, you can make yourself look smoother and smaller.
Keep tops simple and uncomplicated. Pockets and detailing will only draw more attention.
Stick with solid colors in your tops, and in darker colors.
Forget fitted sweaters and tops, they only emphasis your shape.
Stick with V-necks and leave the collars of your shirts open to help break up the line of your chest.
Avoid spandex, lycra, and other stretchy fabrics that will clong to your chest.
Layer waist length cropped jackets over tunic length knits. Single breasted only, double breasted adds bulk.
Balance your figure with wide legged and boot cut jeans and pants. Use A-line skirts and dresses for the same thing.
Draw attention away from your chest with flirty skirts and earrings. The more detailing on other parts of your body, the less they are looking at your chest.
Good posture is key here. Slouching will only make them look droopy, and thrusting your shouders back looks like you are aiming for the sky. Keep your back and shoulders straight. It also gives the appearence of confidence.

Then learn to ignore what others have to say. Some of what you are hearing is jealousy from the girls who didn't develop to be as well endowed as you are. Some of what you are hearing is guys who don't know how to express themselves yet, so they are mean and rude when they really like what they see. It's hard to do, but if you can find ways to be happy with yourself, even if it's another part of your body that you like, then it won't hurt so bad when idiots say stupid things.

I understand your problem myself. I used to have F cup before I had a breast reduction.

If the stares and comments make you uncomfortable try a good minimizing bra. It may help and you may feel better about them.

But I would look into a breast reduction. Its one of the best things I ever did. Its a long process having to deal with insurance and all but worth it.

First of all, make sure you are wearing the correct bra size because if you try to go smaller, you get that 'cup overfloweth' four boob thing going on.

You have to love yourself and your body. I should know I had a reduction done a few years ago. In highschool all of my friends poked fun at them, the guys never made eye contact... they didn't even notice when i had gotten glasses!

I finally decided to go through a consult with a plastic surgeon in town who is known for his work doing breast reductions. He made me feel totally comfortable, and after doing the consult, he told me there was a great chance my health insurance would cover it because of medical necessity! I think the total I had to pay for it was $200. I have never felt better in my life! Heck after surgery, i could see my lap when i sat down!

Make sure that if you decide to go that route you go to someone with a good reputation for doing breast reductions! Not someone who's going to do a hack job.

As a triple D woman myself, I have had many people talk to my chest instead of to my face all of my life. I just tell people, "Excuse me, I'm up here!", and point to my face. That usually embarrases the other person enough that they avoid looking at my chest ever again, at least while they are talking to me. I have also found that the people that make the comments are just jealous. I was always trying to hide them and cover them up while I was younger. I am now 35 and have grown to accept them and every other thing about myself and really don't care what other peoples' opinions are anymore. I think that as we age, most of us become alot more self accepting. Appearances aren't as important as we figure out all our other wonderful attributes we have to offer.

the only thing to suggest is talk to your doctor and see what he says about size reduction. some women have to do that.

the people that make comments to you about them, are mainly jealous. especially if the comments are coming from women. most likely they are small or even fake.

be happy, at least yours are real, and men like big chests. just find the right guy.

good luck.

I used to feel the same way about mine too (36 D), especially in grade school and high school, but then I realized that big boobies can be *fun* and that there are people out there that pay for boobs that big- and they're usually the people who are making those stupid comments.

You know what I say to insensitive people who have a problem with me and MY body? PISS OFF!!

dont be ashamed of your breasts, just because people make comments about them doesnt mean that they are saying negative things about them, could be they are just admiring them.
You could also go to the dr. and see about having them reduced, all depends on how old you are they do sometimes grow back

i would be happy if i had mine that size, i would be getting all kinds of good comments. I think you should be happy there are girls (like me) who hate on girls with big breasts cause they know that's what boys like. And a good booty too!
