David Kuo, the former deputy director of the White House office of faith-based initiatives, implies that George W. Bush is not fond of Christians. He maintains in his new book, Tempting Faith, that Bush and those around him regularly mock and make fun of Christians, especially Evangelicals. For example, he quotes Karl Rove as saying Evangelicals are "nuts." It was quite common, according to Kuo, for Bush and those around him to look upon Christians as useful idiots.

Satan worshipper assumption becoming clearer?

It was, after all, the pro-Israel lobby that coined the term "useful idiots" - their term to describe pro-Israel Christians. Christians, they maintain, are good for money, votes and soldiers

GWB is all about himself and his cronies. He thinks he is superior and that he should not have to play by the same rules as the rest of us
He is all about winning, getting HIS Way, at any price. the meglomania prevent him from seeing the error of his ways.
His only intrest in others is in what he can get from them and
how to manipulate them so his friends can rig the vote.

Actually, the term 'useful idiots' was coined by Stalin in reference to all the Soviet communist stooges in the West, especially the idiot traitor commies in the US.

And when someone 'implies' something - it means they have no facts to back it up. Sure, Rove and the political operatives might call Evangelicals, etc, 'kooks', but that is typical of the ugliness of the political wing of either party.

Do you really think the Democrat political operatives have high regards and esteem for the Cindy Sheehans, the enviro-nutjobs, the PETA freaks or the radical minority leaders? I wouldn't count on it.

I am not a follower of George Bush I am a follower of Chirst and George has nothing to do with that. I don't have to agree with or follow anyone just cause they claim to be a christian. I can respect George but I don't agree with alot of the things he says and does.

He doesn't think all Christians are idiots. But I am sure as a Chrisitan himself he can see how the faaaaaaaaaaar right is way out of touch (just like the faaaaaaaar left). You should be happy sweet-cheeks! You can now proudly proclaim that you have something in common with the POTUS! Congratulations.

I am a Christian and I know some that are loony as they can be. But I just don't really care for Bush anyway . After this next election I hope our government makes a 360 turn around.

Face it when a group has a agenda like the Right wing Christians who wants to listen to there rhetoric day in day out with the threat of pulling the plug if you don't do as I say? Just when you think you found a friend.

Bush is on film before 2000 saying clearly, with a glint in his eye, that he was sure he could grab the Christian right and use them to win. But, they believe him when he says he is "born again." He has laughed at them for a long time.

Yeah Bush acts like a dolt sometimes, I liked Sen. McLain's talk last night on MSNBC, and would be happy if he runs for President.
But I don't think it is appropriate to bash a sitting Leader and Cheif in a public forum.

Finally, evidence that Bush has a brain. This is one area where Bush is a uniter and not a divider.
