Karen is a 33 year old drug user who is on methadone 100ml a day. She is on a DTTO order, but is in danger of being breached at next court appearance as she has missed appointments with drug councellor and has tested positive 2 out of 3 times. In the past she has used prostitution to fund habit, and a times of financial crisis she still returns to the street to work. Karen has a five year old daughter in foster care she has access 3 times a yaer. Karen suffers from poor health due to her heavy drugb use in the past and is on antidepressants.

Don't! Sad to say the problem will not last very long. Once she kills herself or is killed, the problem will be buried with her.
