If a person is not wearing glasses the entire time, them they put them on, they usually have a good hand. Most make the mistake of acting like they have a good hand but not putting them on. If they go on, i know they are playing something. i won the local tourney, 100 players and a $10,000 prize using that as a major tell. I by no means am a pro, but it was almost too easy the way these people were playing. I personally wore my old Army glasses, and never took them off. i also talked a lot during the games, which pissed a lot of people off, but also distracted them enough that they didn't know how i was playing. Another good way to learn tells is to fold a few hands and watch people play. you will pick up on them quicker if you are not worried about your cards. Good Luck, Maybe I'll see you in the World Championship someday!

check (if you stay in game),
rise (if you fell you will win and put twice as chips and usually),
bet (same as "rise")
and fold (if you give up)
