I did a Google search and came up with quite a few options:

the easiest way to do that is to open a free email and save it there most sites can hold a lot of data , all you have to do is go to the mail site and attache it ,save it as a draft and correct it when you need to

Well... Yahoo will not like my answer but gmail.com
gives exactly what you are looking for.

gmail account is free but you must give your phone-number to open account. If you don't want to give your phone-number to Google somebody must invite you.

If you want an invitation to gmail I can send you. My email is masahb2000@yahoo.com

There are sites for that but if you only have one document why not email it to yourself to a web based email (Yahoo)

I email each and every draft of each and every chapter to a specially set up gmail account.
I also upload it to http://www.box.net

The beaty of box.net is that it's avalible through most internet filters. (my TAFE campus has blocked all email, but I can still access box.net)
